I wanted to express the great time I had shopping for my new bicycle at this store. The staff was great, friendly and knew what they were taking about. They worked with me and finally put me in a new Fuel EX-5. I want to thank Lou, Mike, and Jack for all of there help. Great group of guys! Once again, thank you for all your time and effort.
Great job by Louis and the mechanics!!! I brought 2 bikes in at the last minute before vacation, and even though they couldn’t guarantee they would be finished by the day I needed them, they were able to have them ready in plenty of time. Excellent service and I will definitely be back a lot more!!
Kudos to Judy and rest of the exceptional staff at American Cycle, you made the sale of our Townie e bikes a wonderful experience! Plus, great product, with our e bikes we can bike on windy days and tackle some hilly courses that our 70 year old legs and knees were afraid to attempt.
Terrible customer service by Justin, a sales/service employee. He proceeded to make my 8 year son cry after a bike he was pushing fell on him while he was turning it around. Justin yelled saying "No riding bikes in the store, PERIOD!" He then proceeded to rip the bike from our hands and accused us of messing with other customers merchandise. Justin had no idea that my son was walking with the bike. Not once did Justin stop to think that my son could have been hurt! He i...mmediately assumed my son was riding the bike. The sales person we were dealing with had just brought the bike down from the stand to test fit the size. My wife and I are completely appalled at the way an employee who should be focused on customer service treated us. We will be taking our business to another shop and will be sharing our experience with others. In today's society, we search for the best experience while shopping. I can tell you this was far from it!
Worked with Judy in purchasing my 1st bike in 22 years. She did an excellent job in listening to what I was looking for and taking me thru the many options. The shop has high quality bikes and a huge selection on site so you can put your "hands on and test ride". I've had the bike 3 months now and very pleased with it. Had a break-in tuneup beginning of October and the service was top notch. If you're looking for a bike, definately stop in and check it out.
